We had a wonderful workshop with musician and singer Hannah Peel. First she showed us her music box which she uses to accompany herself singing and then we turned our favourite words into music -  have a listen! 

 Ayesha, Georgia, Natik and Tia thought of their favourite things and wrote them on the music box paper. Then they had a go at playing their words - turning the music box handle which pulls the paper through the music box. They even turned the paper over and played them backwards!

Hannah played her music box and sang a song.

We thought of our favourite things.

We wrote our words on the music box paper and then punched out the holes.
