The History cohort got the chance to get their hands dirty at The Old Operating Theatre Museum this week, making pills, herbal tonics, and even getting strapped onto the operating theatre table itself! They learned all about bloodletting, the huge problems eighteenth-century London faced with disease and infection, and went on a Cholera Walk to complement their studies of Medicine Through Time at school.
