Celeste has been learning about the Aztecs and was particularly interested in their agricultural lifestyle and reliance upon the fruit and vegetables that grew in the Mesoamerican climate. We had lots of fun visiting Kew gardens and discovering all the fruit and vegetables that can be grown here in England (we even managed to sample their home grown apple juice!)

We hopped on the explorer express- Kew Garden’s very own train- which took us through tropical gardens and past the Sequoia tree- one of the oldest trees in the world! The daisies were also a highlight and Celeste learnt to make her first daisy chain!
