In PSHE  we have been thinking about being thankful which felt particularly poignant on Remembrance Day when we remembered those who lost their lives in war. Sonia (10)  wrote a prayer that she would like to share with people. It is thoughtful, mature and sincere.

 Sonia's prayer

Dear God I am grateful for having a roof over my head and having people like my friends that I can turn to. I am thankful that in the part of the world where I live there is no conflict or war that we have to fight in. I do wish that every country, every town, and everyone can live in peace so that each person can live their life to the fullest.
