Celebrating difference in LGBT+ History month the young people wrote poems based on some of the difficulties members of the LGBT+ Community have faced in the past - using Maya Angelou's 'Still I Rise' poem as inspiration.
This week, students at Lavender Walk baked gorgeous gooey marshmallow and chocolate chip cookies, perfect cheesy cheese scones and decadent chocolate cake. They are all natural bakers and very talented students!
