This week Daniel, Logan and Maria took part in the Great British CCHS Bake Off at the Brompton.

The theme this week was 1920's cakes and the students learned that pineapple upside-down cakes were very popular during this period.

They made their own style of pineapple upside-down cakes and even a pineapple sponge cake!
The students did really well and were amazing bakers. The cakes looked wonderful and were scrumptious!
