Students at the Brompton Hospital have been learning about mental health this week. For the festival week as part of the Great British CCHS Bake Off at the Brompton, we decided to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Day by making a yellow themed Victoria Sandwich cake with lemon curd and yellow cream #Helloyellow #Happycake #GBBO

 

The cake was awesome and the student enjoyed making it - especially the yellow cream! Well done!
