For pastry week as part of the Great British CCHS Bake Off at the Brompton, students at the Brompton decided to make chocolate and cinnamon raisin Danish pastries.
The students were very enthusiastic and enjoyed their cooking session. Everyone agreed that they tasted awesome! Well done everyone!
