These scrumptious looking cookies were created by Chloe (11) accomanied by her recipe so that you can make them too!

 

 Chocolate fudge oatmeal cookies

 

Ingredients:

½ a cups of granulated sugar

1/3 of a cup of evaporate milk

1 tablespoons of cocoa

2 ounces of butter

½ a teaspoon of vanilla extract

Chocolate chip or dried fruit to taste 

1 ¼ cups of quick cooking oats

 

 

 

Method:

1} Combine the sugar, milk, cocoa and butter in a medium saucepan.

2} Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly (boil of 1 minute).

3} Remove of heat. Then put in the vanilla extract and chocolate chip or dried fruit.

4} Add oatmeal then sir thoroughly.

5} Drop teaspoons of it onto waxed paper.

6} It can make 10 good sized cookies
