8oz Plain Flour.

Level Teaspoon of Cream of tartar.

Level Teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda.

5 Teaspoons Caster Sugar.

1 egg.

Quarter pint milk.

Chocolate Chips.




·      First I weighed the flour in the scales and then added the cream of tartar and bicarbonate of soda.

·      I cracked an egg on the bowl and added it to the other flour.

·      I added 5 teaspoons of caster sugar and then the ¼ a pint of milk and mixed everything together.

·      Chocolate chips, raisins and cranberries were added last.

·      To cook the drop scones I melted half a teaspoon of butter in a frying pan and then put a spoonful of the mixture in the pan

·  When it was golden on one side I flipped it over to cook the other side.













·   Yum yum enjoyed.
