For Mental Health Awareness Week the children designed their perfect nature window and created it as a diorama.

They enjoyed using junk modelling materials to show the different parts of their window including flying birds, fish in a pond and rainbows. The children also thought about times when they might have felt angry or frustrated and how it made them feel. We designed and made stress balls using balloons filled with flour. The children really liked this activity and liked how their stress balls felt when they squeezed them.
