Whilst working on the theme of self-image Marissa explored work by contemporary artist Marc Quinn

and pop artist Derek Boshier.

 

After the face cast had dried Marissa began glueing a photographic montage of her own face on to the cast.  Keep an eye an out for new pictures showing the work in progress.
