Our students have had the pleasure of experiencing three different places of worship this summer term. We visited a Buddhist Wat where pupils were able to share in the mediation process. At the Hindu Mandir students observed the Aarti service and when we visited the Sikh Gurdwara pupils had the pleasure of being able to try Langar - the free kitchen!

The children made these superb elephants using junk art, felt and paint to celebrate the Sri Lankan festival. The festival involves beautifully decorated elephants parading around the city of Kandy.
