Three of our staff, Kim, Fred and Shaun, spent a week working together with our partner school in Iceland on the "Travelling Suitcase Project" as part of our Big Green Footsteps Project. More details here and on the project website - biggreenfootsteps.ning.com
Along with our new friends from Iceland, Italy, Ireland and Poland we took to the gentle waters of the Serpentine in Hyde Park aboard the wonderful Solar Shuttle, powered entirely by the sun. Our trip was generously donated by Peter Scott whose company, BlueBird Boats, runs the public boating service.

We explored ways of presenting information and promoting debate around nuclear power. This is currently in the news with plans to build a new power station at Hinkley Point in Somerset.
Comenius enables pupils and staff from across Europe to work together on joint projects.

Teachers from our four partner schools came to London for our first planning visit. After spending the first day showing our guests from Iceland, Ireland, Italy and Poland around our Hospital School sites we all took part in a training session at the Science Museum looking at exciting new ways of teaching science.
